We always like to hear from people who are using our products. Not only do we get to hear some interesting stories but it’s also the best way to find out whether we’re doing a good job or not.

Thank you for that very informative advice regarding the different way to connect to the Electrobloc. My vehicle is fitted with a double floor and to get to the rear of the Electrobloc will require some fairly major work so I will keep that in mind for when I return in a couple of months time.
I really appreciate the advices that you have given to me, Roadpro have an excellent reputation on the motorhome forums and I can understand why.

Thanks for looking at my Multimo and getting it to work properly, i think you are right about the connector at the rear of the satbox, the terminal there did not seems to make good contact. Thanks also for splicing the ends onto the " through the window cable.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your guys for the stuff supplied/ fitted to my van last Thursday. (A solar panel, a TV mounting bracket, two Banner batteries and a Snooper GPS navigation system) It was a long day but well worth it.

After having an 85 watt solar panel and a Votronic dual regulator fitted in July , we have been touring in France, mainly the Vendee and Brittany regions, using the aire de services, and we have not used any hook ups at all . As you are always so helpful I thought I would offer this little tip. When tuning your satelite dish, if your digi box is set to tv, you just get a window telling you the dish needs adjusting and then you get a programme which may or may not be an optimum signal. If you set the tv to radio, you get a non stop % rate which after tuned can instantly give you feed back of whether or not this persentage can be improved even more - so in short, tune using the radio - it's easier.

We sometimes ask visitors to RoadPro to fill in a questionnaire so that we can find out how we're doing. Gay had one of RoadPro's 100 watt solar panesl fitted to her Laika motorhome along with a Votronic dual regulator (charges both leisure and starter batteries) and a Votronic solar power monitor (which shows how the panel is performing).1) Why did you decide to buy the equipment from RoadPro?I was recommended by some friends that had used your services in the past.
2) Why did you decide to have the equipment installed by RoadPro?I had a very prompt reply to my email enquiry which was friendly and informative and Daventry was not too far away.
3) How would you rate the communications you had with RoadPro prior to the installation?Excellent. Email was replied to promptly. I telephoned for further advice and the guy that answered was helpful and courteous. He told me his name and I think it was Steve)
4) How would you rate your experience while you were at RoadPro? For example: were the facilities satisfactory? Were the staff helpful?I was kept waiting as the fitter had problems with the previous fitting but I was constantly offered cups of coffee and made to feel comfortable. The staff are excellent and I cannot fault my experience.
5) How would you rate the quality of the installation work?The fitting took about 3 hours because the fitter took the time to discuss with me the best place to fit it and the monitor. To be honest you wouldn’t know that it wasn’t a factory fitting. The oven was removed and all the wiring is hidden behind the panels. All the waste was removed from the van and he even hoovered up after the work was finished.
6) How would you rate the quality of the products we supplied?I’ve just come back from France and could have quite easily gone from Aire to Aire. The panel worked so well and was charging every day at over 13V come rain (and there was plenty) or shine.
7) Any other comments about our overall service?I would have no hesitation in recommending your firm to any of my friends. In fact I sent a thank you card to my friend Corinne for her original recommendation. If I need any further work on my van you will be my first port of call. Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable for a novice caravanner like me.

Mike & Pam were amongst the first people to put one of our sat-domes on their caravan. That was six years ago and, since then, they've travelled all over the U.K. and further.

I would like to congratulate you for the Professional and knowledgable team you have working for you at Road Pro.
At the Caravan and Boat show I ordered a Camos dome to be fitted by your, in my opinion, excellent fitter who not only made a very 1st class job of fitting the dome, but also persuaded me to upgrade on the set top box.
I have recently had trouble with getting a signal through the the dome, and whilst touring in France for the past two and a half weeks became somewhat frustrated not being able to use £1400 worth of Satellite, I phoned your office and asked for help from Ollie, who was at the very least, most helpful with my plight, firstly explaining Astra 2 south problems then talking me through the co-ordinates to receive Astra2 north. Ollie did this with an outstanding depth of knowledge, very precise and patient with me while I keyed in the co-ordinates. I trust you will pass on my most sincere thanks to Ollie and all your most professional staff for their help in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend Road Pro to anyone in the future.

I had a Camos Crank up fitted in November 2009 by a Dealer who then almost immediately ceased to trade. Since then we’ve had a few problems mainly to do with how it was fitted. Road Pro have been absolutely brilliant sorting out this piece of equipment … which they didn’t even fit. We are on a site in Scotland and our Camos system (4 years old) stopped working. I e-mailed Roadpro, more in hope than expectation, to see if they could help, having had excellent service in the past. I received an e-mail from Tom asking for details of the fault. Following my reply I received a further e-mail, in minutes, promising a call from Tech Services. I received a call from Mark, again in minutes, and he tried his best to help. Sadly, the box appears to need repair and we will get it to Roadpro on our return home. You could not get better service anywhere and we are very grateful.

We have just received the above (Multimo Easymount) and fitted it to our tripod. That's one less job to do when we want to set up our dish. Anything to make life easier when you have no room or facility to fit an automatic system with TV etc permanently mounted. As I promised here is a report on the Camos sat-dome we won with the Caravan club competition back in March. We did not have any occasion to use it in the UK as all the sites we used were good reception areas and we were mostly under trees where the satellite picture broke up.
We had six weeks in France in September/October and had very good results in both north and south of France, the only time it failed was during two thunderstorms where the picture broke up.
The only problem we did have was when our Sat Nav proposed to send us under a low railway bridge and we had to turn round. On one occasion we had to ask a lady if we could reverse into her drive! No criticism of the dome but couldn't you have put it underneath the caravan!! In spite of this minor problem, we had a great time.

Thank you for the excellent customer service, when fitting the 40cm Camos dish on my motorhome, at your premises last Friday. All of the staff were, without exception, extremely polite and incredibly helpful.
The fitter, Phil, was also brilliant and explained in "an easy to understand manner" how the system operated. I've since set up to test and am really impressed how simple the Camos system is to lock onto a signal.
Also, whilst there, I bought another product from your showroom (a combined CO2, butane & propane / narcotic gas alarm) which Phil has also fitted in a really professional manner.
If only all companies worked to your very high customer service standards!

I was beginning to wonder why I had a satellite dish at all. I could never tune it in and it was getting a bit annoying. I e-mailled Andrew and asked him what was the best solution. He recommended this bit of kit and he was right. Absolutely brilliant. If you are thinking of buying an auto-seeking device, consider this with a standard dish and save yourself money. Oops, sorry Andrew, that's me off the Christmas card list, but it is a good bit of kit.
Yes, sorry about that. However, I can happily blame you for selling such a good bit of equipment. I use a small Camos rectangular 'dish' (D2259 crank-up) that I bought from you at the beginning of the year. That and a FreeSat box provide us with good TV both in the UK and as far south as Bourges in France. It would probably work further south, but I simply haven't tried.

Dear Roadpro,
After good advice from Allen on tues, I ordered a Sterling power inverter, to run (my TV & Sky reciever with) the Camos 40 sat system via the leisure battery, when no mains power available. Easily fitted on thurs, ran system for 5 hrs,until battery indicated approx 50% discharge. Magic! and as Allen indicated.
Will use the Fast charge facility on my vehicle generator to assess the battery recovery time. I may need a new 'Rolls', battery to compliment the system. Still amazed with the Camos (40cm static sat-dome) you supplied, last year.

After some initial confusion about which credit card to use, I spoke to Andrew Harris late Friday morning about my order for a Camos satellite dish and receiver. He told me that RoadPro would try to get the equipment out later that day. At 0900 the next Tuesday morning it arrived - in the middle of rural France! Great service. A quick "table-top" set up showed that everything worked right out of the box and now that it's permanently installed on the camping car I couldn't be more pleased. Well done RoadPro.

We had followed the instructions in the manuel and had set the LNB incorrectly. Once we rectified this to the correct setting it took two minutes to set to Astra 2. I am still having a little trouble with the ITV signal but I am not concerned about that.

Bought a Multimo freesat box and dish last week. Went away the weekend for a bit of a tryout. What can I say, connected the sat finder, set the vertical angle, swung the dish until the satelite was found, disconnected the sat finder and sat down to watch TV. It really was that simple. Took all of two minutes. Wish I had bought one long ago.

Bought a Camos crank-up 30cm in August 08 - unfortunately it failed early 2010 after about 8 weeks actual use. Phoned Roadpro and was immediately invited to Daventry where diagnostics confirmed failure. No question of it being out of warranty and immediate agreement to replace - I decided to upgrade to the bigger dish and that was ordered for me, and fitted by Mark who couldn't have been more helpful. On getting it home, I practised again setting it up having lost a bit of confidence with the previous dish having failed, and struggled to get a signal. Phoned Daventry again and got Alan (I think) who gave me excellent advice (I was tuning to Astra 1, rather than 2) about set-up, which meant I was then able to pick up not just Astra, but Hotbird as well. I am very impressed with the after sales service I've been given - it's great to deal with a company that doesn't just take your money and leave you high and dry when problems arrive! Thank you - going to Scotland next week and will look forward to using the new dish in earnest for the first time.

........Past purchases (from RoadPro) have been superb and I really don't want to deal with another business for this purchase (Camos sat-dome D3112), so I'm hoping ....that I can have this system fitted at the Northern Show.

Roadpro got us out of a hole! Travelling in Spain, 2nd time of trying to set up our recently purchased satellite system (not purchased from Roadpro) the box failed. After trying to purchase a FTA box in Spain I remembered Roadpro. I contacted them for advice and within 20 minutes had a reply by email suggesting 2 suitable receivers and offering to arrange shipment to Spain.
I decided to purchase a receiver with the "Easy Find" LNB system - which does exectly what it says on the box! and in less than 48 hours of placing the order the parcel had arrived at our campsite in Spain. (It took less time to get to Spain that to get from reception to our motorhome!) The transaction was support by email and interst from Customer Services - thank you.
WIll I use Roadpro again, and recommend them to others, without hesitation.

Although Roadpro installed the kit (D2259) on the 5th of May, my wife and I thought you might like to know we only tested it a couple of days ago and everything was fine.
It was a very unfortunate start to our dealings, but the recovery by you and your team was great. As I said to you just before leaving, your company has a good reputation and for our part still has one.

Many thanks for the help and advice both with the purchase and first set-up of our Multimo Twin LNB Portable Satellite Dish and Zehnder Satfinder. We're really happy with the product - after getting it to work thanks to the telephone assistance from your team! This was really helpful - especially as it was raining and we have two small boys who were frustrated at not being able to explore the campsite!! Hello Mark, just to let you know we have been out since 14th Jan. Internet (Crystop Internet / TV system D2169) has only let us down once in this time [and we think if we had moved around the car park we would have got it then]. We also get TV....... The Crystop (Crystop Internet / TV system D2169) worked brilliantly last month, we moved house and I needed to have Internet facility. BT screwed things up so it was 10 days without land Internet, but a simple network cable from the Motorhome through the window sorted that out.

Having just purchased a CTEK 7000 I am very happy with the service, especially the help of Roy when I did not clearly take in delivery instructions and found I could not communicate clearly with the carrier. He sorted this problem out and the CTEK is already doing a great job on my car and motorhome batteries which have been dropping their charge over winter.
The alarm on my car tends to leave me with a flat battery when I return from time away from home and I have confidence this will not occur next time I go when I leave the CTEK to take care.
I am now dreaming of the Crystop satellite system!

I had a Camos dome fitted at your premises on the 25th March, what can I say, the whole experience was unbelievable.
From the moment we arrived we were treated as welcomed guests the hospitality we received was next to none, your staff were friendly,helpful and hospitable. Tea, coffee, biscuits were freely available. Your staff were always checking to see if we needed anything and that we were comfortable.

Hi Andrew,
The Micro M150 Satellite receiver arrived here in Spain today and within 10 minutes I had unpacked it and had it up and running. Sooooo easy even without an English manual, the menu follows the norm and is multi lingual so no problem there. As you know we live in Aguilas and a one and a half metre dish is needed to pick up BBC and ITV on Astra2 but my Camos Crank Up found plenty for the receiver to play with. I do have all the BBC radio programmes booming through on Astra2 and hundreds of tv stations from Hotbird/Turksat/Astra1/Sirus/Eutelsat etc. We will be leaving for France/UK/Germany/Poland etc on April 1st so will keep a detailed account of reception etc.

Mr Rawlins just visited us and, before leaving, asked if some of us were family. I explained that some people had chose to move from Peckham to Daventry with the company many moons ago and that all the other employees have been here for 4 years minimum. I just wanted to say "thank you" for the excellent service from all at RoadPro. I purchased a 15" Autosound TV + DVD. From my initial telephone enquiry on the 25 January to delivery at 10am the next day (free of charge!) the service was faultless.
You can also be assured of the good service provided by your carrier, Fed Ex. The goods arrived on time, undamaged and the driver was helpful and polite. I work in Goods Inwards and can tell you from experience that is not always the case with some delivery companies!
The TV was for my husband and he is very pleased with it. The picture quality is apparently better than the significantly larger and very much more expensive TV we have at home! I have already recommended RoadPro to a friend and will not hesitate to do so again. Great product, great service, great price. What more can I say?

Many thanks for the fast and efficient supply of my new 40cm Camos Dome.
The Camos Dome was as easy to install,as the description on your site.The only factor of concern when fitting the Dome was the weather!
Since fitting the system approx 2 months ago we have used it constantly without problems,in short,an excellent piece of kit which does exactly as described.
A whole lot easier than the Multimo set up I used previously.
Many thanks for the excellent back up and helpful advice on products we have purchased from RoadPro.
We will continue to recommend RoadPro as I find the Customer Support second to none.

As an avid moustache fan, however I must admit to having had to shave it off due to her indoors having giving an ultimatum, ( no further details will be given on this matter ).
At least two pints of beer must be drunk every day, the frothy top kind, not London, flat and filled to the brim kind, although this will do in an emergency when nothing else is available.
The upper lip must be totaly immersed in the froth and the froth must be allowed to stay on the afforsaid lip for as long as is possible, wiping the froth off on cuffs is not recommended as this is not condusive to a dense growth.
I will be supporting you in this event, good luck, looking forward to seeing the before and afters.

You know what its like when you go to the doctors and when you get there the symptom has gone? Well i have had the same with my Camos. When it worked it was brilliant but sometimes it didnt want to know. Andrew e mailed me several times in France and i sent back all is well, or not.
I can now report that all is very well after a visit to Daventry.
There are some good companies out there but again the lads at Roadpro just cover the extra mile.

Wow what wonderful customer service! After spending lots of hours trying to set up our Multimo kit on holiday in France we contacted Roadpro and received an e mail by return reassuring us that we could be shown how to set up our kit correctly within 3 minutes. Andrew invited us to visit Roadpro in Daventry. He was very welcoming , courteous, patient and good humoured and showed us how to set up the Multimo dish and satellite in his shed! He was right. We practised four times and were surprised at how easy it is to set up the kit. Andrew advised that we should have been able to receive BBC and ITV in Biarritz but would need a bigger dish to receive these channels in Spain. However we can access Sky News and many other channels in Spain using our Multimo. Thanks to Andrew we now have confidence in the product and in our ability to set it up. We would recommend fellow caravanners to use the Multimo system. We use a tripod which was not really necessary, a table will do.

I am looking for a suitable battery charger and would appreciate your guidance.
I have a canal narrowboat with 3 110amp leisure batteries, rather than using my engine to charge them I would like to use my "handbag" generator which is a 1kw max output with a suitable battery charger, obviously chargeing to their maximum in the shortest possible time without damaging the batteries and taking into consideration of the output from the generator to supply the battery charger.
Can you recommend anything suitable?
I would appreciate your help as you have always, without fail, supplied me with superb and suitable equipment in the past.
