Whatever your preferred form of transport, we think that you’ll find our website of interest. For 31 years now we’ve specialized in supplying 12V & 24V products as well as other vehicle related items and they’re all here, in our on-line shop.

Whether you’re looking for the very latest in satellite TV systems or an air freshener, a box of tachograph charts or a lithium power pack, we’ve probably got just what you need.

But, unlike some of our competitors, we don’t just sell the products in our shop, we use them as well – in our motorhomes, caravans, narrowboats, cars and van. We’re constantly testing products and looking for ways to improve their performance and this means that we offer our customers reliable and honest advice based on experience.

And we’re always delighted to hear from customers who are using our products. We’ve tried to make shopping on the RoadPro website simple, reliable and secure. 

To find the product you’re interested in, you can use the search function, the "Mega Menu" or just go through the categories using the category boxes. It's all been organised in a logical, straightforward manner so that locating exactly what you want should take no more than 2-3 clicks on your mouse and a bit of up & down scrolling.

You may add items to your shopping basket and then remove them again at any time. After you’ve finished shopping, just click on the checkout button and you’ll go through to our secure payment area where you confirm your order, enter your address information and make your payment using most credit credit or debit cards as well as PayPal. We work with SagePay too so you can be sure that all transactions with RoadPro are absolutely secure.

We don’t claim to be perfect but we can assure you that we do everything possible to ensure that our customers are satisfied. Over the past 25 years we have successfully processed tens of thousands of orders to destinations both in this country and around the world. We only use carriers who have proved to be reliable and we take great care to ensure that goods arrive at their destination in first-class condition. If you are in the U.K. we aim to get your goods to you within 3 working days of receiving the order. If there’s a problem we will let you know as soon as we can.


We use the latest high-level “SSL 128 bit” encryption techniques to ensure that none of your personal or payment details can be seen or intercepted by anyone else. The padlock, which appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, is verification that you are sending information securely.


We only want satisfied customers. To this end we operate a “satisfaction guarantee”. See below for details.

Satisfaction Guarantee: 

  1. You must contact us for a returns reference within 7 days of receiving your goods and return them to us within 7 days of receiving a returns reference.
  2. You must send the goods to us at your cost.
  3. We must receive the goods unused, undamaged, complete with all accessories, cables, paperwork and packaging and in “as new” condition.

In situations where the above conditions are not fulfilled, we will not be able to give full credit or replace the product. If you wish to return goods to us, please contact us by e-mail at returns@roadpro.co.uk. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them. You should receive your goods within 3 working days from the day we receive your order. If we have any queries concerning your order we will contact you by ‘phone or e-mail. We use a number of different carriers but none of them can deliver goods if no one is present to accept them. Carriers will deliver at any time between 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. on weekdays and we cannot arrange for deliveries to be made at specific times. If the carrier cannot deliver, they will normally leave a note asking you to contact them to make an alternative arrangement. 


  1. For orders of under £50.00 we have a standard delivery charge of £4.00 to anywhere within the area shown in yellow.
  2. For orders of £50.00 or more, carriage is free within the area shown in yellow.
  3. If your order is for more than £50.00 but we cannot deliver all items at the same time, we will not charge you for delivery.

If your delivery address is in some areas of the Highlands or most islands including the Isle of Wight there may be additional carriage costs. We will inform you of these and you may then choose to accept or decline them.


Product Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all our products are covered by a 12-month manufacturerÕs warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing (according to the terms covering each product which are available upon request). Fair wear and tear is not covered. Some warranties only apply when the item is used exclusively for domestic or leisure purposes. We are able to solve a lot of problems over the 'phone, or by fax, E-mail or letter but it's a fact of life that electrical and electronic products can go wrong. When they do, we won't let you down.

During the warranty period we will repair the item or replace it with a similar item at our discretion and return it to you as quickly as possible. You must arrange to return the item to us and also to collect it but, if the fault is genuine and covered by the warranty, we may reimburse you for the cost of carriage up to a maximum of £10.00. We are only able to offer this service to customers within the United Kingdom. Outside the United Kingdom, goods must be returned to us or to our nominated agent with carriage paid both ways.

When you return items to us you must ensure that the goods are securely packaged. We cannot be held responsible if goods are damaged or lost while in transit.

Outside the warranty period or if the fault is due to negligence, misuse or fair wear and tear, there may be a charge for repairing the item as well as for all carriage costs.

For satellite TV products, the warranty covers mechanical & electrical defects of the equipment which results in a failure to operate as described when the equipment was originally purchased from RoadPro. It does not cover any inability of the equipment to operate correctly should changes of any kind occur in the way satellite signals are transmitted or if the frequencies or information required by the equipment to operate correctly changes in any way. RoadPro will do whatever it reasonably can to resolve such issues but will not be held responsible for any costs incurred when sending products or equipment to us or when returning it to you or for the cost of materials or labour associated with resolving such issues.

European legislation relating to the use of electrical equipment in vehicles means that it may be illegal to use certain products in certain motor vehicles. Such products are suitable for and are intended for use in boats, caravans and vehicles which are not covered by the legislation. If you want to use a product in a vehicle and are not sure whether or not it conforms to the legislation please contact us and we can give you the appropriate information. We cannot accept responsibility for injury, damage or costs incurred as a result of the failure of the user to use a product correctly.
