You should receive your goods within 3 working days from the day we receive your order. If we have any queries concerning your order we will contact you by ‘phone or e-mail. We use a number of different carriers but none of them can deliver goods if no one is present to accept them. Carriers will deliver at any time between 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. on weekdays and we cannot arrange for deliveries to be made at specific times. If the carrier cannot deliver, they will normally leave a note asking you to contact them to make an alternative arrangement.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Due to the current worldwide situation, which has caused significant inscreases in the shipping costs we pay, we no longer have any other option but to Adjust our shipping charges. 

  1. For orders below £500.00 a shipping cost applies based on the service available or chosen for the order, typically most of our parcels are shipped via DPD and the standard shipping rate is £14.00, if the order requires shipping by alternative method such as with larger bulky items including Solar Panels, BR Bike lifts etc the rate for this should be advertised when ordering the Product. *This applies to Mainland deliveries only, with some exceptions such as Highlands and remote delivery destinations.   
  2. For orders of £500.00 or more, carriage is free within the UK mainland. *Certain exceptions apply, there are a limited number of products which are excluded from the standard delivery terms and conditions. These excluded products have specific terms which can be seen listed with the product description.    
  3. If for some reason we are unable to ship all items at the same time no extra carriage charges apply to subsequent deliveries.

Payment

When you have made sure that your shopping basket contains exactly what you want, click on the “Continue” button. This will take you to a secure area where you can give us the information we require to fulfil your order.

We use the latest high-level encryption techniques to ensure that none of your personal or payment details can be seen or intercepted by anyone else. The padlock, which appears on your screen when you are in the checkout section, is verification that you are sending information securely.

If you prefer, you may pay by cheque or bank transfer. If you are paying by cheque, please note that we will have to wait for the cheque to clear before we despatch your goods. This can take up to 7 days.
