You should receive your goods within 3 working days from the day we receive your order. If we have any queries concerning your order we will contact you by ‘phone or e-mail. We use a number of different carriers but none of them can deliver goods if no one is present to accept them. Carriers will deliver at any time between 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. on weekdays and we cannot arrange for deliveries to be made at specific times. If the carrier cannot deliver, they will normally leave a note asking you to contact them to make an alternative arrangement.
- For orders of under £50.00 we have a standard delivery charge of £5.00 to anywhere on the UK mainland apart from some areas in the Scottish Highlands. If your delivery address is outside the UK mainland, (including most islands) there may be additional carriage costs. We will inform you of these and you may then choose to accept or decline them.
- For orders of £50.00 or more, carriage is free within the UK mainland.
- If your order is for more than £50.00 but we cannot deliver all items at the same time, we will not charge you for delivery.
When you have made sure that your shopping basket contains exactly what you want, click on the “Continue” button. This will take you to a secure area where you can give us the information we require to fulfil your order.
We use the latest high-level encryption techniques to ensure that none of your personal or payment details can be seen or intercepted by anyone else. The padlock, which appears on your screen when you are in the checkout section, is verification that you are sending information securely.
If you prefer, you may pay by cheque or bank transfer. If you are paying by cheque, please note that we will have to wait for the cheque to clear before we despatch your goods. This can take up to 7 days.
