Dekasyl MS-2 and MS-5 are multi-purpose adhesive / sealants, specially made for use on caravans, motor homes and other vehicles.
 
One-part M.S. (modified silicon) polymers, they can be used externally and internally for both bonding and sealing, making them ideal for fixing items such as solar panels, satellite systems, TV aerials, etc to a vehicle’s roof. The bond made is strong, watertight, permanently elastic and will not shrink. They have excellent resistance against U.V. and ageing and can be used on most surfaces without any preparation apart from cleaning and drying.

MS-2 should be used when low “grab strength” is required. This lower viscosity makes it especially suitable for use when it’s desirable to be able to move the item being fixed for a short time after the MS-2 has been applied.

MS-5 has higher "green" or "grab" strength which makes it more suitable when a very fast bond is required. As an example, it's widely used for the installation of awnings where the weight of them makes fast bonding essential.
