We also have operating instructions, installation manuals and are still able to update a number of these systems.  

Occassionally you may find that the older style controller (Roadpro Domes prior to 2017 and older Camos domes) is trying to find the wrong satellite and It can sometimes be awkward to change the satellite that your system is searching for to the one you need it to be on. Although its supposed to be fairly straight forward to do, in practice it can seem frustrating if you don't know what you need to do and a lot of it is down to timing.

If you are having issues changing the satellite from one to another Fear not, just watch the video and follow what is done and you should be able to get your system back on to the right satellite.
